Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Vice President of Business Transformation to lead major processes and drive enterprise-wide initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and deliver data-driven solutions that align with enterprise goals.

In this role, you will design transformation programs, guide change management, and ensure accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics/management from an accredited college.
• Certification in PMP, PgMP, CBTP or Change Management cert required.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and measure impact.
• Partner with leaders to identify high-value, enterprise-critical initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for program delivery.
• Drive data-driven process redesign and tech enablement.
• Manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
