• 5+ years banking leadership in branch banking or retail operations.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate referrals.

• Experience overseeing branch operations or call centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Member Growth & Relationships with a sales/service culture focused on solutions and referrals.
• Develop relationships within Intrepid’s markets and represent the credit union in the community.
• Coach, develop, and hold teams accountable to drive performance.
• Oversee daily branch network and call center operations with strong controls and member experience.
• Identify lending opportunities and connect members with lending teams for smooth hand-offs.
• Ensure retail operations comply with applicable laws, policies, and internal controls.
