Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Reston, VA is seeking a Vice President for NAM Public Sector Banking to originate new business across Defense and Development Organizations, build deep client relationships, and deliver Citi’s banking, markets and services to these clients. You will work with the Public Sector PAM for the U.S.

Federal Government and Development Banks, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in defense/public sector sales, Series 79/63, and a strong grasp

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of banking and/or Federal Government or Development Organizations sales and contracting experience preferred.
• Experience in the Defense – Federal Government or Development Finance field.
• Series 79 and 63 required within 150 days of accepting the job.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, cash management and payments.

Responsibilities

• Originate new business and identify cross-sell opportunities in Defense and Development segments with PAMs.
• Develop client relationships and deliver Citi’s banking, markets and services.
• Contribute to proposals, content and client meeting follow ups.
• Develop mastery across product suite to identify opportunities.
• Travel to client meetings within budget to secure new business.
