Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and delivering large, complex programs.
• End-to-end ownership from structuring and mobilization through implementation and delivery.
• Leading multi-workstream, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Senior stakeholder involvement, multiple functions, and meaningful business outcomes.
• Establishing and managing program governance, including steering committees and reporting.
• Leading and managing change across complex organizations and stakeholder groups.
• Proactively managing risks, issues, milestones, and priorities across programs.
• Executive presence to communicate with senior sponsors and leaders.
• Influencing without direct authority and driving accountability.
• Strong judgment to evaluate alternatives and make risk-based decisions in ambiguity.
• Understanding technology and operational dependencies to identify impacts.
• Experience integrating external consulting partners into broader programs.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience leading regulatory, strategic transformation, operating-model, or tech-enabled programs preferred.
• Big Four or management consulting experience a plus.
• Project or program management certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex programs from definition and mobilization through execution and delivery.
• Own program outcomes: objectives, scope, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish program structure, operating rhythm, and delivery approach for each initiative.
• Lead hands-on delivery or oversight of delivery as needed.
• Maintain focus on measurable business outcomes: financial benefit, risk improvement, or client/employee experience.
• Apply lessons learned from previous programs to strengthen execution and anticipate challenges.
• Establish and maintain program governance with steering committees, working groups, and executive reporting.
• Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to align decisions and accountability.
• Prepare and lead senior-level program discussions, translating complex information into clear actions.
• Tailor communication and engagement by audience and environment.
• Manage external consulting partners and integrate their work into the broader program.
• Identify risks, issues, interdependencies across workstreams and escalate when needed.
• Proactively drive solutions to barriers before they affect delivery.
• Influence without authority and facilitate constructive debate to drive decisions.
• Show sound judgment in connecting information across workstreams and choosing risk-based paths.
