Job summary

State Street is seeking a highly experienced executive to serve as Vice President, Project Manager for the Onboarding Transformation initiative in Massachusetts. The role will provide the leadership to translate an enterprise vision into an integrated roadmap, delivering coordinated change across operations, technology, data, risk and controls.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large, complex transformation programs in financial services or similar regulated industries.
• Proven ability to manage initiatives spanning business operations, technology, data, risk and controls.
• Demonstrated experience building integrated roadmaps and driving delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and transformation/project-management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day mobilization and execution of the Onboarding Transformation.
• Translate strategy into a sequenced, integrated implementation roadmap.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, risks and program critical path.
• Create transparency across scope, ownership, funding and delivery commitments.
• Drive workstreams from definition through adoption and benefits realization.
• Maintain a single progress view and surface material issues with clear resolutions.
