Humana, Inc. seeks an Associate Vice President, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities powering procurement performance.

The AVP will own the technology portfolio and end-to-end process strategy across sourcing, contracting and supplier management. Collaborating with Finance, Legal, IT and Transformation teams, you will simplify procurement workflows, drive adoption of scalable solutions and ensure investments deliver measurable value.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement and related enterprise leadership roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience owning a portfolio of Procurement technology platforms and converting business strategy into roadmaps, investment priorities, requirements, delivery, adoption and realized value.

Responsabilidades

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model across strategy, process, technology, data and governance.
• Lead analytics, AI, and transformation initiatives with cross-functional partners.
