Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President of Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities in technology, process strategy, analytics and transformation.

The role spans design of operating models, portfolio governance, AI-enabled procurement and cross-functional execution with Finance, Legal, IT and risk teams. You will own the technology portfolio, drive end-to-end process ownership, and partner with Structural Transformation to deliver measurable value while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Procurement Operations, Procurement Technology, Source-to-Contract Transformation, Enterprise Process Ownership, Analytics, M&A Integration, Finance Operations or related enterprise leadership roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including building, transforming and retaining multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong product-management and portfolio-management capability, including prioritization, dependency management, investment governance, delivery oversight, adoption and benefits realization.
• Experience applying AI, automation, process mining, advanced analytics or decision-support technologies to enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model and translate enterprise strategy into an integrated roadmap across organization, process, technology, data and governance.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio, including strategy, governance, adoption and value realization.
• Lead end-to-end process ownership for procurement, including sourcing, contracting workflows, supplier onboarding, governance and performance.
• Build an Insight-Led Procurement Function creating data products and executive views to drive decisions and value.
• Lead M&A diligence and integration enablement for procurement, including playbooks, data requirements and integration roadmaps.
