Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Vice President, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities across technology, processes and analytics that power procurement performance. You will own the procurement technology portfolio and end-to-end process strategy spanning sourcing, contracting and supplier management.

In this remote role, you will partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, and Transformation to deliver a multi-year roadmap, drive adoption, and improve decision making.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Operations, Technology or Finance leadership.
• Significant leadership responsibility for enterprise-scale transformation or portfolio management.
• Experience with M&A diligence, integration, separation, or synergy governance.
• Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, Risk and IT.
• Experience applying AI, automation or advanced analytics to enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the Procurement operating model and end-to-end process architecture.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio strategy, governance and value realization.
• Drive enterprise standards, adoption, and measurable outcomes across procurement functions.
• Lead enterprise M&A diligence and integration enablement for procurement perspectives.
• Build a high-performance COE spanning technology, process excellence, analytics and transformation.
