Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President for the Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities across technology, processes and analytics.

You will own the procurement tech portfolio, end-to-end strategy, governance and value realization in a remote nationwide role. You will drive architecture for the sourcing, contracting and supplier management functions, align with Finance and Legal, and lead the analytics programs that turn data into decision-ready insights for

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive procurement/operations experience.
• 7+ years of leadership responsibility across large-scale programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise procurement transformation and COE initiatives.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps, governance, and measures of value.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT and Business teams to enable outcomes.
