Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities in technology, governance, analytics and supplier management.

You will own the procurement technology portfolio and end-to-end process strategy across sourcing, contracting and supplier relationships. The role requires building an enterprise operating model, driving AI-enabled improvements and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, operations or analytics.
• Strong leadership of enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Experience owning a portfolio of procurement technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model and drive end-to-end process ownership.
• Own strategy, roadmap and value realization of the procurement technology portfolio.
• Lead analytics, M&A diligence and integration enablement for procurement.
• Govern transformation portfolio with quarterly planning and executive communications.
