Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President of Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities, own the technology portfolio and steer end-to-end process strategy across sourcing, contracting and supplier management.

The AVP will drive a multi-year roadmap, simplify processes, accelerate analytics and AI adoption, and partner with Finance, Legal, IT and business teams to deliver measurable value. Travel may be required for critical milestones.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Operations, Technology, Analytics or related enterprise leadership roles.
• Strong product-management and portfolio-management capability with roadmap to value realization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model and roadmap across organization, process, data and governance.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio, governance and value realization.
• Lead end-to-end procurement process ownership across intake, sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Drive M&A diligence, integration enablement and post‑transaction procurement alignment.
• Build a high-performance Center of Excellence for technology, process excellence and analytics.
