The AVP will drive enterprise standards, adoption, risk management and value realization in a complex healthcare environment. You will lead a multi-year roadmap spanning technology, governance and organizational capability, partnering across Finance, Legal, Communications and business teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in Procurement and operations.
• Experience with M&A diligence, integration and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytics, data and AI-enabled automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model and governance.
• Own procurement technology portfolio and platform integration.
• Lead end-to-end process design across sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Drive adoption, measurable value and executive decision support.
