Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations. The role reports to the SVP of Operations and is based at our corporate office in Northbrook, IL.

This is a full-time position with a compensation range of $115,000 to $145,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in multi-site healthcare operations, strong compliance and risk management skills, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multi-site healthcare operations (ambulatory, urgent care, or outpatient preferred).
• Strong command of compliance, risk mitigation, and field team leadership.
• Experience leading managers across regions or states.
• Operational mindset with comfort in data, dashboards, and scaling processes.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the SVP of Operations, lead continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations.
• Define and track KPIs performance, patient experience, and business team productivity
• Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows
• Collaborating with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations
• Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency
• Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets
• Additional duties as assigned

• Compensation: $115,000 -$145,000 based on experience and qualifications.
