We are seeking a VP of Operations for a well-established company in Dallas, TX. This position will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing performance, and achieving business outcomes across both online and retail channels in Texas. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in online product management, experience with P&L ownership, and a strong record of success in fast-paced environments. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be remote, but candidates must reside in Texas.

Responsibilities:

1. Foster a high-performing, growth-oriented culture by developing top talent, aligning teams with strategic goals, and building strong cross-functional partnerships to drive results.
2. Lead day-to-day operations and the online platform, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a superior customer experience.
3. Oversee the P&L with full accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic resource allocation to maximize ROI and improve efficiency.
4. Monitor key metrics, leverage attribution models to optimize acquisition spend, and analyze market trends to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
5. Lead the performance of the direct-to-consumer online product line by leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing digital acquisition strategies, and championing a customer-first approach across all channels.
6. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of hands-on operational leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, with a proven track record of driving execution and scalable business processes.
3. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages across written and verbal channels.
4. Exceptional communication skills are required.
