Fahrenheit Advisors is assisting our client, Empower Brands, in the search for a VP of Operations to lead JAN-PRO International Systems.

Position Overview:

The VP of Operations oversees day-to-day operations and the long-term success of Jan-Pro International field operations, training delivery, and franchisee support. The role involves leading and managing the operations team, supporting top regional franchisees, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. This position is remote, with travel as necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

• Set brand strategies and initiatives
• Lead and problem-solve to create a dynamic team environment
• Oversee daily support operations for franchisees
• Drive corporate initiatives and risk mitigation efforts
• Enforce brand standards and manage P&L, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Support franchise development, market expansion, and succession planning
• Conduct training and review business performance metrics
• Develop and maintain SOP manuals, policies, and procedures
• Identify new business opportunities and keep the Brand President informed
