Job description

The Vice President of Operations will oversee the daily operations of our CNC manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and profitability. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of CNC machining processes, supply chain management, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all aspects of CNC operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and improve efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on operational performance and key metrics.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Experience with CNC processes.
  • Ability to document manufacturing processes in detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in metal fabrication is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
