Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Business Process Manager within Wealth Management to strengthen operations partnerships, manage product demand, and translate feedback into actionable themes that improve advisor and client experiences.

The role requires strong process leadership, issue resolution, and relationship management across Service, Operations, Product, and Controls, with exposure to governance forums and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with Operations partners; map processes, handoffs, dependencies, and escalation points.
• Identify recurring pain points; support root-cause analysis, track risks and remediation; drive resolution.
• Manage Service organization’s product book of work; align with Product, Tech, Ops leadership to define needs and priorities.
• Prepare governance updates and enable cross-functional sessions with clear outcomes.
• Analyze feedback from advisors and service centers to identify friction and improvement opportunities.
• Translate feedback into actionable insights; escalate and resolve high-impact themes.
• Support correction activities with Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance; define requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate execution, status reporting, and post-correction reviews to reduce recurrence risk.
