Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in Financial Services industry.
• Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of clients.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience working with at least two Sales Associates.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses within 180 days (or at hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales support for the J.P. Morgan Advisors team and supervise junior staff.
• Regulate workflow and improve efficiencies; develop procedures for client issues.
• Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Attend client meetings and handle ad hoc client projects; resolve issues escalations.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Financial Advisor to grow assets.
• Perform portfolio analysis and stay current on JPMA products and services.
• Assist onboarding of new relationships and meet service needs of clients.
