Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, process improvement, controls, or marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Strong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Proven process-improvement skills and documenting workflows/ SOPs.
• Experience partnering with legal, risk, or compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team workstreams to improve consistency, documentation, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies for launches.
• Partner with legal, risk, controls, and compliance teams on governance.
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive them to resolution.
• Create and maintain clear process docs and train teams for consistent execution.
• Automate workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support issue remediation by assessing root cause and impact.
• Lead change management across Dining and Lifestyle to align with strategy.
• Oversee third-party oversight for suppliers including due diligence.
• Maintain supplier contacts and coordinate with partners on risks.
• Manage freelancer onboarding, contracting, payments, and offboarding.
