Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive new business across the Western U.S. territory. In this individual contributor role, you will focus on acquiring and growing relationships with banks and credit unions ranging from $1B to $100B in assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive net-new revenue within the Western U.S.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve a $6M TCV quota (~$2M ACV annually)
  • Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers at regional banks and credit unions
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long lead times
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, product, and leadership
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years in enterprise or strategic B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech, banking tech, or financial services
  • Proven success closing deals in the $100K–$1.5M range
  • Experience selling to banks or credit unions within the target asset range
  • Strong hunter mentality with consultative sales skills
  • Self-starter comfortable in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Located in or willing to work West Coast hours
