Live AMC is seeking a full-time Vice President of Operations. You will lead Regional Property Managers, drive asset performance, set financial targets, and ensure compliance across a multifamily portfolio.

This executive role emphasizes strategic leadership, staff development, and stakeholder collaboration to sustain growth and tenant satisfaction. Competitive compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for bonus and advancement.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory property management experience.
• Background in Multifamily Real Estate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to Regional Property Managers within their portfolio.
• Monitor asset performance, occupancy, and rental pricing.
• Ensure properties operate within financial parameters.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage staff; develop succession plans.
• Oversee dispositions or acquisitions transitions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Set team goals and accountability.
• Maintain relationships with ownership, vendors, inspectors, and third parties.
• Communicate transparently with ownership/clients.
• Collaborate across departments for open communication.
