Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and drive financial and leasing performance at our property.

You will conduct inspections, hire and train staff, implement retention programs, ensure OSHA and Fair Housing compliance, and work with leasing to meet occupancy goals. AMC offers competitive pay, benefits, and an inclusive, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.
• Leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, including schedules, assignment of duties, and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are upheld and infractions reported.
• Meet leasing objectives by using effective sales techniques.
• Address resident requests or concerns with independent judgment.
• Handle administrative duties including required reporting.
• Implement and maintain a resident retention program (newsletter, referrals, social events).
• Design/maintain marketing concepts for property staff to implement.
• Ensure property compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, employees, vendors or others.
