The Vice President of Marketing for the Oracle Consulting Practice leads all marketing strategy and execution for one of Argano’s most strategic growth areas. This executive role is responsible for driving market visibility, pipeline generation, and thought leadership in support of Argano’s Oracle Cloud services—specifically within ERP, SCM, EPM, HCM, and industry-specific solutions. The ideal candidate is a senior marketing leader with deep experience in B2B enterprise technology, systems integration, and Oracle ecosystems.
Position Overview

The Vice President of Marketing for the Oracle Consulting Practice leads all marketing strategy and execution for one of Argano’s most strategic growth areas. This executive role is responsible for driving market visibility, pipeline generation, and thought leadership in support of Argano’s Oracle Cloud services—specifically within ERP, SCM, EPM, HCM, and industry-specific solutions. The ideal candidate is a senior marketing leader with deep experience in B2B enterprise technology, systems integration, and Oracle ecosystems.
This leader will partner closely with Practice leadership, Oracle Alliances, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to position Argano as a market leader in Oracle Cloud transformations across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the Oracle practice's business goals, sales targets, and partnership priorities.
- Partner with Oracle’s global and regional marketing and alliance teams to drive joint go-to-market campaigns and field events.
- Define and drive positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to Oracle buyers—CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and Line-of-Business leaders.
Integrated Campaign Development
- Partner with enterprise demand generation to drive campaigns that span digital, content, events, and ABM (account-based marketing) strategies.
- Launch Oracle-specific awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership campaigns aligned to vertical market trends.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Drive development of case studies, white papers, webinars, and analyst-facing content that reinforces Argano’s Oracle leadership.
- Work with SMEs and delivery leaders to develop differentiated viewpoints on digital transformation, cloud migration, and operational modernization.
Events & Field Marketing
- Manage presence at key Oracle events including Oracle CloudWorld, QBRs, and industry conferences.
- Lead field marketing and executive event programs that enable sales team success and build brand awareness.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Collaborate with marketing operations to track ROI and KPIs across campaigns—conversions, influenced pipeline, MQLs/SQLs.
- Present performance metrics and marketing impact to Practice leadership and executive stakeholders.
Team & Budget Management
- Lead a high-performing team responsible for content, design, campaigns, and events in support of the Oracle practice.
- Manage Oracle BU marketing budget, vendors, and agency partners to maximize impact.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications required
- MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred
Experience
- 15+ years in B2B marketing with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role
- 5+ years leading marketing efforts for a technology or cloud consulting business (preferably Oracle)
- Experience working in or with Systems Integrators, GSIs, or technology consultancies
- Proven success launching multi-channel campaigns tied to enterprise solution sales cycles (6–12+ months)
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of Oracle’s product suite and GTM motions, including alliances and co-sell structures
- Strategic thinker with hands-on capabilities in demand gen, campaign development, and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of cloud transformation buyer personas and enterprise purchasing processes
- Data-driven, with fluency in marketing analytics and KPIs
- Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills
- Adept at managing cross-functional teams and agency/vendor relationships
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience working with or in partnership with Oracle field teams
- Exposure to verticalized GTM strategies in industries like manufacturing, life sciences, high tech, or distribution
- Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
