Qualifications

• Good understanding of real estate business impact and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Excellent presentation skills to translate data into compelling visuals (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with 8–15 years of relevant experience.
• Able to use AI platforms to support design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop workplace strategies using analytics and business requirements to inform design decisions.
• Lead development and governance of HPW design standards and playbooks for consistency and quality.
• Apply human-centered design to create inclusive, wellbeing-focused environments.
• Design activity-based, hybrid workplaces supporting collaboration, learning and innovation.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive workplace transformation and change management initiatives.
• Engage business leaders to align objectives with design outcomes and metrics.
• Integrate workplace technologies and AI to enhance design visualization and decision-making.
• Incorporate sustainability, ESG, wellness, and biophilic design into planning.
• Lead delivery excellence and maintain governance across projects.
