Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workplace discussions, present options and financial implications to executives.
• Facilitate decisions on investments, space allocations, and portfolio optimization.
• Serve as trusted advisor on trends, benchmarking, and best practices for outcomes.
• Lead and develop a team of workplace planning professionals for occupancy planning and analytics.
• Drive integrated planning across space, technology, security, and experience.
• Establish governance for requests with scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, security, facilities, hospitality, and IT teams.
