Sonos is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Acceleration to lead the global enterprise technology organization from Boston or Santa Barbara. This engineering-led executive role focuses on AI-enabled transformation, platform development, and building a high-accountability engineering culture; you will reshape workflows and automate processes to improve customer experience and scale operations.

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership overseeing software or enterprise engineering.
• Experience leading global, distributed tech teams and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated AI-enabled transformation that reached production with measurable results.
• Cybersecurity fluency with public-company controls and governance expectations.
• Ability to translate complex tech topics into clear business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global org of ~150 across AI, applications, data, infra, security, and architecture.
• Set an engineering-led enterprise tech strategy in partnership with COO and senior leaders.
• Own enterprise apps including ERP/SAP, revenue, supply chain, finance, and DTC platforms.
• Drive AI transformation, production deployment, and measurable business impact.
• Modernize security posture, governance, and data foundations on Snowflake-based platforms.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, support, and major vendor relationships.
• Measure IT impact via business outcomes like CSAT and revenue system reliability.
