Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Staff Salesforce Engineer to join the Product & Technology team in San Francisco. This hands-on role focuses on large-scale Salesforce development, code-first delivery, and reliable integration across systems.

You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and drive AI-driven automation initiatives including Agentforce and Data Cloud, while maintaining security and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a mid‑to‑large company with a track record of shipping complex technical projects.
• Strong proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components.
• Experience or deep knowledge in Agentforce and AI-driven automations.
• Experience with integration tech, SSO, Master Data Management, and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar field.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications, specifically PDII and an Architect-track certification.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on Development: lead Salesforce config and development for complex logic across integrated tools.
• AI & Automation: drive AI roadmap, implementing Agentforce, Voice Recognition, Outreach Automation.
• Architecture: create diagrams, integration standards, and scalable environments.
• Code Quality: ensure performance, scale, and robust automated tests.
• Solution Design: lead design discussions aligned with governance and standards.
• Mentoring: guide engineers via code reviews and best practices.
• Collaboration: work with stakeholders on security and performance.
