SimplePractice LLC in Santa Monica, CA, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations to own the executive operating system and integrated planning. You will lead ELT forums, governance, and AI-native tooling, partnering with the CEO to map commitments to enterprise priorities and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business/enterprise operations.
• Experience running an annual planning cycle end to end at a software company.
• Proven board-cycle experience with private equity or growth equity investors.
• Experience holding senior operating seats (not just staff roles).
• Ability to hold senior executives accountable while maintaining strong peer relationships.
• Experience eliminating unnecessary meetings, reports, and processes.
• Hands-on experience redesigning operational workflows using AI tools.
• Strong financial literacy to partner with Finance on resource envelopes and reallocation.

Responsibilities

• Run the ELT operating system and chartering of forums.
• Own the integrated planning process across long-term ambition to quarterly reallocation.
• Run the board operating process and prepare materials for the CEO and investors.
• Lead the AI-native executive operating system redesign and adoption.
• Lead select enterprise-level, cross-functional projects with clear charters and handoffs.
