Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Security Monitoring and Response, Enterprise Resilience, to lead and execute the organization’s resilience strategy. You will oversee Crisis Management, operational, business, and technology resilience, governance, and assurance, while coordinating an end-to-end testing program with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Resilience function across Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, Business Resilience, Technology Resilience, Governance and Assurance.
• Oversee the exercising and testing program with regular drills and simulations involving clients and suppliers.
• Ensure global resilience regulations are identified, understood, and complied with across all operations.
• Develop and maintain a governance framework to oversee resilience activities and reporting to the Board/regulatory bodies.
• Promote continuous improvement and maturity in resilience practices through training and after-action reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align resilience initiatives with corporate strategy and risk appetite.
