Mastercard’s Enterprise Security team seeks a Vice President of Security Monitoring and Response to lead the enterprise resilience program from O’Fallon, Missouri. You will shape strategy, oversee crises and resilience efforts, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across the globe.

With 10+ years in resilience and 5+ years in leadership, you’ll drive governance, compliance, and testing programs, ensuring robust incident response and continuity across critical services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise resilience, risk management, or related field.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing global teams.
• International certification such as ISO22301.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for global Enterprise Resilience.
• Lead a global team of Directors and senior leaders.
• Oversee Crisis Management, Operational and Technology Resilience.
• Coordinate exercises, drills, and testing with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and budget planning.
