Job summary

Mastercard seeks a seasoned Vice President, Technology Risk Management to lead ProCOM's risk governance, resilience, and operational readiness across its technology landscape. The role partners with technology, product, security, and compliance leaders to embed risk ownership and proactive risk decision-making.

Leading a global team, you will drive standards, reporting, and continuous improvement while aligning with regulatory expectations and Mastercard's governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in technology risk management, governance, and controls.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale risk and transformation programs in global tech environments.
• Deep understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory expectations, and control environments.
• Experience establishing scalable governance models and executive oversight mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of production readiness, operational resilience, and risk management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for Technology Risk Management in ProCOM.
• Lead development, implementation, and governance of risk frameworks, standards, and controls.
• Establish enterprise-wide processes for risk identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Drive adoption of risk management, resilience, and control practices across products and engineering teams.
• Provide executive oversight of risk portfolios, KPIs, and remediation activities.
