Job summary

GM Financial is seeking a senior AVP Enterprise Resilience to lead the Enterprise Resilience program, advising leadership on resilience risk and coordinating infrastructure, governance, and third-party resilience. You will oversee policy, technology resilience, business resilience, and incident response while driving risk-based decisions and program implementation.

• Advanced knowledge of ITSM and related governance processes.
• Strong understanding of business continuity, resilience, third-party resilience, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Resilience initiatives and talent management.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to set direction and operation of the group.
• Prepare roadmaps, guidelines, and technical requirements for resilience.
• Manage project assignment and delegate tasks; ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate critical issues and remediation efforts to senior leadership.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure program implementation.
