Job summary

TAKKT FoodServices seeks a visionary Vice President of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategy across purchasing, inventory, forecasting, warehousing, and freight. You will drive performance with executive leadership, improve service levels, and deliver cost savings while guiding multi-site teams through transformation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Merchandising, Sales, and logistics partners to optimize capital, reduce risk, and scale operations for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience leading integrated supply chain functions in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, transportation, warehousing, and cost management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business and financial goals.
• Oversee planning across purchasing, inventory, forecasting, transportation, warehousing, and product flow.
• Develop strategies to improve inventory productivity, availability, working capital, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead purchasing, replenishment, inventory optimization, lifecycle planning, and aged inventory reduction.
• Partner with distribution and warehouse leadership to optimize operations and inventory accuracy.
• Manage inbound/outbound freight operations, carrier relationships, and transportation costs.
• Ensure import compliance and trade regulations are followed.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor service, inventory, freight, and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, processes, technology, and automation.
• Lead and mentor supply chain teams and partner with executive leadership.
