Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Vice President of Logistics to craft and execute the company-wide logistics and distribution strategy across our businesses. You will guide movement of inbound supplier freight, intercompany materials, and outbound goods, while leading transportation technology and freight governance.

This senior role requires a decade plus in logistics leadership, strong negotiations, and a data-driven approach to improve EBITDA and service levels.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain leadership.
• Senior leadership experience across multiple sites or facilities.
• Proven track record in negotiating major transportation and logistics agreements.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost-to-serve, and capital investments.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate KPI data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and distribution strategy across the company and affiliates.
• Oversee company-operated fleet, 3rd-party providers, and freight procurement.
• Drive cost efficiency, network optimization, and service improvements.
• Define and standardize logistics processes and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal on freight responsibilities.
