Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) seeks a Vice President of Procurement to set the enterprise sourcing vision and drive supplier management, contract strategy, and cost reduction across the organization. You will partner with finance, operations, and legal to align procurement with profitability and risk management.

You will lead executive teams, oversee procurement operations across units, and drive analytics, technology adoption, and continuous improvement in sourcing and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement and supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead large procurement functions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, cost management and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise procurement strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Provide executive oversight for procurement operations across major units.
• Build strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality and continuity of supply.
• Lead high-value contract negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify cost reduction and value creation initiatives across the supply chain.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement leadership team.
• Drive procurement analytics and technology adoption for transformation.
