Job summary

Visit.org seeks a Vice President of Logistics to lead global supply chain strategy and execution across procurement, warehousing, distribution, and international logistics. You will build scalable operations in a startup tech environment with an entrepreneurial, mission-driven mindset.

You will own strategy, technology enablement, and cost management while leading a team of regional managers to deliver on-time, intact delivery across markets.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in global operations or logistics leadership.
• Proven track record scaling e‑commerce operations, including fulfillment and international distribution.
• Strong analytical foundations with forecasting, cost modeling, and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 year logistics strategy roadmap to support international growth.
• Own global end-to-end logistics planning including international distribution.
• Oversee warehouse setup, omnichannel fulfillment, and 3PL relationships.
