Job summary

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a VP of Supply Chain & Operations in Fort Worth, TX to own the end-to-end supply chain, including warehouse operations and national freight strategy. You will lead labor planning, KPI management, and the optimization of inventory deployment.

Reporting to the COO, you will drive demand forecasting in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Brand Management while controlling spend and working capital. A strong Amazon FBA background is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, and warehouse ops with executive leadership experience.
• End-to-end ownership of complete warehouse operations, not a supporting role.
• Proven background in Amazon FBA or similar fulfillment ecosystems, including kitting.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete supply chain lifecycle from procurement to inventory deployment.
• Lead Fort Worth warehouse operations, labor planning, throughput, safety, and cost control, including FBA prep/kitting.
• Manage core KPIs: Days of Inventory, In Stock Rate, Overstock Rate, Inventory Turns, Warehouse Productivity.
• Drive nationwide freight cost reduction and procurement strategy through supplier negotiations.
• Forecast demand in partnership with Finance, Sales, and Brand Management.
• Own supply chain budgets and working capital with full accountability.
