Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Supply Chain to set the enterprise-wide vision for our end-to-end supply chain. You will oversee logistics, distribution, inventory, and transportation across a multi-site network, reporting to executive leadership.

You will lead a network of facilities, drive transformation, digital enablement, and a data-driven culture to improve speed, accuracy, and cost. Strong leadership and strategic partnership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years of progressive senior supply chain leadership experience.
• Proven track record in executive leadership roles, influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading transformation, network optimization, and digital enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year supply chain strategy aligned to growth, margin expansion, and customer expectations.
• Lead executive leadership team and advise on network strategy, capital investments, and risk.
• Own network performance across transportation, warehousing, inventory deployment, and delivery.
