Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with controls/audit/operational risk management experience.
• Deep regulatory knowledge; trains others on risk practices.
• Designs and executes change management strategies for complex initiatives.
• Has strong stakeholder management across Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk and product teams.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
