Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Wilmington is seeking a Control Manager Associate to strengthen governance and the control framework for the Chase Branded and CoBrand Credit Card business.

You will assist in risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation. In this role you will collaborate with CoBrand Product and Partner channel teams to reinforce controls around data transfers and infrastructure, while leading anti-fraud and cybersecurity initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with controls, audit, or risk management.
• Strong governance and escalation framework experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
