Job summary

Chase Branded and CoBrand Credit Card Controls team seeks a Control Manager Associate to oversee governance and risk controls for a segment of the business. You will perform top-down risk analysis, real-time issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation.

You will lead strategies to identify risks, leverage analytics to drive solutions, and partner with product and channel teams to strengthen data transfer and security controls across the card ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services, with controls/audit/operational risk experience.
• Deep risk-based decision making and escalation procedures knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk.
• Proven change management leadership and training capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with data analytics, automation, and technology to improve controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of forward-thinking control strategies to identify and mitigate risks.
• Use data analytics, automation, and technology to understand business needs and improve controls.
• Strengthen controls around Partner data transfers between Chase and Partners.
• Lead anti-fraud and cybersecurity initiatives to fortify operations.
• Inspire and guide a diverse team towards operational excellence and alignment with vision.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to enable strategic milestones.
