PC Construction seeks an employee-owner to lead construction technology as the Vice President of Construction Technology. The role drives the company’s vision for technology strategy, data-enabled decision making, AI/BI initiatives, and executive partnership with operations and leaders.

The position focuses on scalable digital solutions, platform value realization, governance, and a culture of innovation across teams while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams.
• Experience with technology strategy and digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, BI, and AI initiatives.
• Executive-level business leadership and P&L oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute construction technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, delivery, and performance through tech and processes.
• Lead enterprise technology adoption, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee data analytics, BI, AI initiatives, platform adoption, and process enablement.
• Provide strategic direction for construction tech platforms, field tech, BIM services.
• Establish and maintain enterprise data strategy and governance standards.
• Partner with executives to implement scalable digital solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
• Build high-performing teams and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Represent PC Construction as an industry leader in construction tech and digital transformation.
