ENFRA LLC seeks a Commissioning Vice President to lead and optimize commissioning division practices. You will oversee project delivery coordination, budgeting, and quality control, while mentoring directors and managers.

Travel 25-40% to job sites and offices, developing strategic plans, and strengthening client relationships. The role demands extensive engineering background and a track record in large-scale energy projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience with building construction, especially MEP and commissioning.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and commissioning software such as CxAlloy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the industry and competitors.
• ANSI Commissioning Certification credentials (e.g., BCCB, ACG, ASHRAE).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate alignment of internal operational aspects of project delivery.
• Monitor financial aspects with accounting leadership.
• Ensure quality control for commissioning approach and deliverables.
• Develop efficient organizational structure and succession planning.
• Drive clear communication across commissioning, engineering, and construction leaders.
