ENFRA Solutions in the United States seeks a Commissioning Vice President to lead best practices and systems for a profitable commissioning division. You will guide project delivery, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, construction, and finance to drive consistent performance.

This executive role requires 15+ years in building systems, strong leadership and communication, and ANSI commissioning credentials.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
15+ years of experience in building construction and mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
Proficient with Word, Excel and commissioning software such as CxAlloy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple ongoing projects.
ANSI commissioning credentials (BCCB/ACG/ASHRAE).

Mansioni

Coordinate internal operational aspects of successful project delivery.
Partner with accounting leadership to monitor financial aspects.
Ensure quality control for commissioning approach and deliverables.
Develop organizational structure and succession plans to enable growth.
Drive consistent communication across the organization with leadership.
Mentor Directors and Project Managers in business planning and analytics.
Establish budget controls; manage changes to improve cost/benefit ratio.
Strengthen client relationships through day-to-day operations.
Conduct contract negotiation, management, and project interviews.
Oversee staffing workload forecasting and performance management.
Develop commissioning initiatives identified during strategic planning.
Coordinate with global and national leaders for account management and marketing.
