WellDyne is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to lead the PBM client service organization, drive satisfaction and retention, and partner with internal teams on client initiatives. The role requires building executive-level relationships and shaping service delivery programs, market-facing materials, and strategic processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in health care, health insurance, managed care, or PBM.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to lead service teams and develop client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, mentor, and manage Client Services staff to deliver best-in-class service.
• Oversee training programs, SOPs, and client reporting protocols.
• Manage departmental P&L and budgeting oversight.
• Develop executive-level relationships at key accounts.
