WellDyne is seeking a Clinical Operations Pharmacist to perform specialty clinical pharmacist activities under the Director of HealthDyne Specialty Pharmacy, guiding and developing staff to meet client needs and accreditation standards.

You will lead data-driven initiatives to improve workflows, support leadership, manage clinical programs, and ensure HIPAA confidentiality while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Active/clear license to practice pharmacy.
• Ability to become licensed in multiple states.
• 2 years of specialty pharmacy experience required.
• Specialty CSP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and lead initiatives applying data science to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Perform operations and clinical duties assigned to pharmacists.
• Support leadership to maintain accreditation requirements.
• Resolve clinical issues and client requests with leadership.
• Apply analytics and reporting to support clinical operations.
• Complete clinical operations and compliance projects.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Monitor and assign tasks within clinical operations queues to ensure quality and service levels.
