Job summary

Ex is seeking a senior leader to own and grow strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders in P&C Insurance. You will drive account growth through consultative selling, solutioning, and cross-sell opportunities while providing domain leadership across underwriting, claims, policy, distribution, and operations.

• 15+ years of leadership in P&C Insurance / Insurance Consulting.
• Strong client engagement and account growth track record.

• Provide strong P&C domain leadership across Underwriting, Claims, Policy, Distribution, and Insurance Operations.
• Partner with clients on data modernization, cloud transformation, analytics, GenAI/Agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead large-scale engagements from solution definition through delivery, ensuring business outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams to develop differentiated insurance solutions and proposals.
• Build practice capabilities, reusable offerings, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies for the P&C Insurance portfolio.

Preferred Experience

• 15+ years of experience with significant leadership experience in the P&C Insurance / Insurance Consulting domain.
• Strong track record in client engagement, account growth, consulting, solutioning, and large-program delivery.
• Strong understanding of modern insurance technology, data, cloud, analytics, and AI transformation.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
