Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership in P&C Insurance / Insurance Consulting.
- Strong client engagement and account growth track record.
- Knowledge of modern insurance technology, data, cloud, analytics, and AI transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across P&C Insurance.
- Drive account growth through consultative selling, solutioning, proactive propositions, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Provide strong P&C domain leadership across Underwriting, Claims, Policy, Distribution, and Insurance Operations.
- Partner with clients on data modernization, cloud transformation, analytics, GenAI/Agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead large-scale engagements from solution definition through delivery, ensuring business outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams to develop differentiated insurance solutions and proposals.
