Job summary

Infosys Consulting in North America seeks a Senior Consultant in P&C Insurance to advise client executives and lead teams through digital transformation, platform modernization, and AI-enabled initiatives across the P&C value chain.

The role emphasizes aligning business and IT, driving process improvements, and delivering high-quality outcomes with a hands-on, mentoring approach while engaging stakeholders and contributing to practice development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a P&C insurer or comparable consulting services.
Strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
Multitask, engage with stakeholders, plan effectively, and consistently achieve operational goals.
Excellent relationship-building abilities.

Ability to collaborate with resources in a global delivery model.
Experience in Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
