Job summary

EXL in the United States seeks a senior leader to own and grow strategic P&C Insurance client relationships, guiding underwriting, claims, policy, distribution, and insurance operations.

You will drive data modernization, cloud transformation, analytics and GenAI initiatives, lead large-scale engagements from definition to delivery, and collaborate across sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in P&C Insurance / Insurance Consulting domain.
• Strong track record in client engagement, account growth, consulting and large-program delivery.
• Strong understanding of modern insurance tech, data, cloud, analytics and AI transformation.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across P&C Insurance.
• Drive account growth through consultative selling, solutioning, proactive propositions, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Provide strong P&C domain leadership across Underwriting, Claims, Policy, Distribution, and Insurance Operations.
• Partner with clients on data modernization, cloud transformation, analytics, GenAI/Agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead large-scale engagements from solution definition through delivery, ensuring business outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams to develop differentiated insurance solutions and proposals.
• Build practice capabilities, reusable offerings, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies for the P&C Insurance portfolio.
